These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and TableService concerning your access to and use of our table service platform, website, and related services. By accessing or using our services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with all of these Terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using our services and you must discontinue use immediately.
TableService provides digital table service solutions for restaurants, including tablet-based ordering, QR menu access, order management, payment processing, and analytics services.

The TableService software is licensed, not sold, to you for use only in connection with our services. You may not:
You agree to pay all subscription fees associated with your service plan. Fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable.
Payment processing fees may apply to customer transactions. These fees are separate from subscription fees and are billed monthly.
Late payments may result in service suspension. We may charge interest on overdue amounts at the rate of 1.5% per month.
We may change subscription prices with 30 days advance notice. Price changes will not affect current billing cycles.
Restaurants are responsible for ensuring compliance with data protection laws regarding customer information collected through our platform.
Restaurants retain ownership of their business data. TableService may use aggregated, anonymized data for service improvement and analytics.
We guarantee 99.5% uptime for our cloud services. Service credits may be available for uptime below this threshold.
Critical issues receive response within 1 hour during business hours. Non-critical issues receive response within 4 hours.
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:
We may terminate immediately for breach of these Terms or illegal activity.
In no event shall TableService be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
